Exhibitors can now enjoy a hassle-free and seamless experience when using the new lead scanning and data export feature, packed with useful functions.
At no additional cost, all exhibiting staff with an ITMAconnect staff account will be able to use the new ITMA App to scan the badges of leads at the exhibition. From 1 June 2023, simply log in to ITMAconnect with your “Passcode” and you will find the Lead Scanning Button.
The “Scanner” utilises the mobile phone camera feature. Each scan duration should take no more than a second.
Activate “Quick Scan” to initiate rapid-fire lead scanning capabilities. This would allow you to scan multiple QR codes without having to input scan details.
The platform's AI-matching algorithm automatically scores the lead based on relevance. Participants can re-score the leads on their own too.
Tag products that were discussed to fine-tune lead qualification, provided you are in the upgraded plan with product showcase capabilities. Otherwise, you can use Note to record the discussions instead. Upgrade your plan now.
Meeting notes can be added to ensure salient and contextual points shared are not lost after the meeting.
Real-time analytics is provided to help participants keep track of their lead generation progress.
Company-wide analytics is available for the companies to view the lead results easily at-a-glance.
For just €100 (22% VAT to be added if applicable) per company, activate the Lead Data Export feature to enable your staff to export all scanned data securely from the App to their registered email. This feature can be ordered by the ITMAconnect administrator through the ITMAconnect eShop from 26 April 2023.
The leads scanned by the ITMAconnect staff account holders can be conveniently exported as a consolidated file in .CSV format. This is a paid feature at a nominal fee of €100 (plus applicable VAT) per company. This service can be ordered via the ITMAconnect e-shop by the exhibiting company's appointed ITMAconnect administrator.
