During the exhibition, build-up and dismantling period, minors below the age of 15 years shall not be admitted into the halls. At the sole discretion of the Organiser, minors 15 years old to 17 years old, may be allowed access into the halls under these conditions:

 
  • • Minors must possess a valid work contract with the exhibitor or stand contractor. Indemnity form signed by their employers and guardians must be submitted to the ITMA Service Team.

  • • During show days, minors must produce an indemnity form signed by their parents and/or adults with parental and guardian rights on the minors and/or who are legally responsible for them.

 

The exhibitors/stand contractors and parents/guardians agree to fully release CEMATEX, the Organiser and the Venue from any liability towards the minors, who will be under their exclusive control, authority and responsibility at all times.

Students below the age of 15 years are not allowed to visit the exhibition. For students below the age of 18 years, they are required to produce a completed ‘Attendance of Minor Form’ signed by their parents or legal guardian who are legally responsible for the minors.

 

Discounted badge price will be offered to accredited students. Prices will be available in mid 2022.

As there are no childcare facilities onsite, it is advisable not to bring your child below the age of 15 years to the exhibition centre. CEMATEX, the Organiser and the Venue cannot be held responsible for the child’s well-being.

There are a total of 84 refreshment points within the exhibition centre. Halal, Kosher, vegetarian and vegan meals are available in some restaurants.

Yes, left luggage service is available onsite for a fee. The left luggage fee will be available in January 2023.

Application documents are only available to the main correspondence person stated in section 1b of the application form. He/she can log into the Exhibitor Centre to retrieve all application related documents via “Download documents/invoices”.

To make changes in your orders related to stand, logistics, advertising, sponsorship and badges, contact our sales team for assistance.

Exhibitor badges are strictly meant for employees of the exhibitng company who are assigned with stand duties (valid from 22 May to 21 June 2023). The number of exhibitor badges entitled is based on the size of the stand. Please refer to the Exhibitor Pass Tool (TTE) for details on your badge entitlement.

Badges for employees and customers can be purchased via the online Exhibitor centre from 1 November 2022. Prices are available in the online system.

Badge prices will be available on the badge registration form on 6 July 2022.

Exhibitors must first register their appointed contractor on the badge registration system for contractors and suppliers. After this is done, the contractor will be able to log in to the system to register the badges for their workers. The contractor badge registration system will open on 6 July 2022.

Exhibitors must indicate the dimensions and weight of their cargo. More information on the custom clearance procedures and documentation required is available on the e-logistics service platform that can be accessed via the Exhibitor Centre.

26 April 2023 is the deadline for A11 services and early bird price on additional services orders. Thereafter, the standard price for all services shall apply.

ITMA 2023 does not appoint an official freight forwarder. Exhibitors are free to contract their own freight forwarding company to handle their shipment up to its arrival at the venue.

Before going onsite, exhibitors must submit the insurance form, a stand plan and exhibit layout, and also the compulsory forms available on the e-service platform via the Exhibitor Centre.

Exhibitors can submit their stand plan from 6 July 2022 via the Exhibitor Centre. Note that only submissions via the system will be accepted, and the submission has to be a single file in zip or pdf format.

For exhibitors' passenger cars, you only need a car park pass.

 

For contractors' or freight forwarders' trucks, you have to register for a pass using Fiera Milano's logistic tool.

Music copyright licensing, one of the 18 services, is included in the stand space rental charge. The licence covers only pre-recorded music and video used during exhibition hours. Live performances are not included.

There are no official stand builders appointed by the Organiser. Exhibitors are free to use any stand builder of their choice.

 

Fiera Milano, the appointed Technical Service Provider, offers shell scheme packages that will be available via the e-service platform from 6 July 2022 onwards.

Exhibitors will enjoy early bird price on service orders received and paid on or before the deadline of 26 April 2023. Thereafter, the standard price for all services shall apply. Check out the 'Deadlines for Exhibitors' here.

The number of parking passes an exhibitor is entitled to is based on the size of the stand (ground floor space). For every 100 square metres of stand space, exhibitors may apply one parking pass per passenger vehicle, up to a maximum of 3 parking passes (e.g. 500sqm stand space entitlement: 3 parking passes). You will receive the e-copy parking pass via email.

The Start-Up Valley is a new initiative by CEMATEX to spotlight companies in their early stages of development with new and game changing solutions for the textile, garment and fashion industry. More information can be found here.

The CEMATEX Start-Up Grant allows eligible start-up companies to save on participation fees by covering 100% of the stand space rental and construction fee. To find out more details of the eligibility criteria and what the grant covers, click here.

Applicants who are not selected for the grant but would like to nevertheless participate in ITMA 2023 can apply for space here.

Applicants selected for the CEMATEX Start-Up Grant must be located in the Start-Up Valley. Applicant who wishes to be located outside of the Start-Up Valley should apply as a ITMA 2023 exhibitor. Apply for space here.

Successful grant applicants will be notified by 28 October 2022 to complete the application process for their participation.

No. A unique email address is required to set up each visitor centre account and hence multiple badge registration is not possible.

You may request for a visa invitation letter by logging in to the visitor centre after you have successfully registered for your visitor badge. Click on "Request for Visa Invitation Letter", provide the required information, and download/print your visa invitation letter.

The visa invitation letter is issued with your existing passport number. Hence, we recommend that you renew your passport before requesting for the letter.

Please present an official order from the radio or TV company (original letterhead, no copy allowed). If accompanied by a camera crew, the filming schedule must be submitted before the exhibition opens. The crew must be accompanied by an ITMA staff member at all times.

For both options, you will be redirected to the events submission platform. You are required to register for an account separately at the events submission platform. Only the nominated person in-charge of events from the collaborator module in the Exhibitor Centre, OR the main corresponding person, will have access to the events submission platform. Please note that it could take up to 3 working days to activate your account from the date of your registration.

You may log in to ITMAconnect (from 15 November 2022) via the "LOGIN" button on the top right of ITMA's website. On 15 November 2022, an initial email will be sent to your company's ITMA 2023 main corresponding person to set up the exhibitor staff accounts (entitlement varies according to subscription plan). As an exhibitor, you will be able to connect with visitors and other exhibitors.

Visitors will have access to the platform from 8 March 2023. Prior to this date, make use of the window period to set up your digital space, upgrade to a plan that meets your needs and consider the advertising opportunities to enhance your online presence. All exhibitors participating at ITMA 2023 will have a presence on ITMAconnect. You can now source from the largest online listing of textile manufacturers and innovators.

No. Visitors can only connect with exhibitors.

No. You are not required to purchase a separate ticket to access ITMAconnect. Your visitor badge to ITMA 2023 will include access to ITMAconnect.

Non-ITMA 2023 visitors can purchase an ITMAconnect visitor ticket to access the ITMAconnect platform. Do note that you can only access the platform from 15 June 2023.

Users accessing ITMAconnect as an exhibitor will need a staff account. The appointed exhibitor administrator can log into their Exhibitor Centre to assign a staff account.

All ITMAconnect staff account users will be able to set up their digital space by clicking the profile icon on the top right of their ITMAconnect account. Select 'My Company' to upload your company logo, banner, video and PDF. To upload product catalogues, please select 'My Product'.

Click on the profile icon at the top right of your ITMAconnect platform and select 'My Profile'.

To adjust your availability, go to My Schedule and then Time Availability, just cross or tick by clicking to set your available and unavailable time slots.

Green: The time is scheduled for your meeting Yellow: The time is available for your meeting

Grey: The time is not available for your meeting

*Important* Please indicate your available meeting slots and confirm your schedule before exploring the platform. This will ensure that all your meetings are scheduled within your available time frame.

Click CONFIRM button to save your time availability.

For scheduled video meetings, click on the Message icon followed by the person that you would like to reschedule the meeting with. Then click on the Video icon and to delete the existing scheduled meeting. You will then be able to schedule a new video meeting.

For onsite meetings, click on 'My Schedule'. Then click the "Reschedule" button and select an alternative time-slot to schedule the meeting.

Click 'Meet' and 'Done' to confirm your new meeting schedule.

Important Note: Meetings that have been rated as "no-show", you will need to contact [email protected] to reschedule your meetings with the same user.

To send a meeting request to someone, go to Meet menu on the left side and click on Search, click on Meet button, choose any format of the meeting. Enter an optional message to the other party, click "Send meeting request" to confirm your arrangement. You could specify any interests or products to increase the focus of your meetings if any.

Note: All meeting requests require a mutual confirmation from the other party and they will be reminded on a timely basis (depending on their email frequency), about your requests to them.

Most events will be available for streaming directly on ITMAconnect. Should a separate registration or password be required, the registration link can be found in the event details.

Events that have passed will be listed in the On-demand section where users can stream the videos anytime.
