With the initial role as Head of Operations until 2011, Head of Sales until 2018, then GM in 2019 and today CEO, Moro has many years of industrial and international experience to lead Savio as a global market leader.

Mr Shannon McCarthy

With degrees in Textiles and Business Studies, Shannon uses his knowledge and experience to improve processes and information systems within textile and apparel companies. Specialising in costing, supply chain planning and scheduling, he has worked with companies on all seven continents during his 25+ years with Datatex.

Dr Thomas Fischer

Deputy Director, Management Research

Deutsche Institute für Textil- und Faserforschung Denkendorf (DITF)

Dr Fischer studied engineering cybernetics at the University Stuttgart. His PhD dealt with cooperative product development of protective clothing in a European network. Since 2000 he is with DITF Denkendorf, currently he is deputy director of the center for management research. His current work deals on digital engineering, sustainability and the application of AI methods in the textile industry.
